Week 16 Plans

This week is all about finding a new routine. This is my first week not working in 3 years. I have always worked from home in the mornings for 3 hours and evenings for 3 hours. So after some hard decisions my husband and I decided it was time well needed with the kids instead of working.

I am so very excited to be with them able to play games again and no rushing!!! I am also on the flip side going to have to correct some bad behaviors the kids have developed that honestly I have tried to correct however with the main morning hours being without me its been hard to try to do. I'm always so rushed and I'm just thankful that I am not going to be any more!!

So this is Week 16 for us. I am not using workboxes right now although I have to get back on course with that. When all my health issues started last month it just kinda De-railed me to be honest. I have just took it easy on them with school and everything else simply because that was the time we planned and decided it was time for me to stop working. Now its time to get back on track. Its time to get fun into schooling again instead of rushing through!! At the same time in our part of the woods it has gotten very cold (already have had 2 snows) so with our back room we get very cold in there... So we've been doing a lot of our school back at the dinner table, which we always have done our unit studies together just not other work. This has worked out well to my surprise so we are just going to rearrange a little after Christmas and have the workboxes in the dinning room.
