Parm Chicken with Bow Ties Recipe

Parmesan Chicken with Bow Ties

12oz bow tie pasta
salt and pepper
2 cups broccoli florets ( I used more cause we love it)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb chicken - cut in to bite size pieces
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup canned diced tomatoes - drain!! ( I just used  a small can, didn't look at size)
1/2 cup Parmesan

Cook pasta about 10 mins then add the broccoli the last 3-4 minutes so it can cook - add 1 tbsp oil when done
Drain...
Add remaining oil in another skillet with Chicken, Onion and Garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Saute for about 5 minutes
Add tomatoes and cook additional 2 minutes

Then add bow ties and broccoli together with chicken and top with cheese!!

This was a recipe that will go down as one of the BEST I've HONESTLY EVER MADE. This is my favorite recipe in my kitchen right now! I will be making this again next week.
My children loved it. For DS1 I made a recipe just for him using his PKU foods he too enjoyed his recipe!
